At the end of the episode, we see that Jimmy is sent to Adx Montrose , officially known as the United States penitentiary, maximum administrative installation of Montrose. It is also known colloquially as the Alcatraz of the Rocky Mountains.

Jimmy actually makes a reference to this same prison at the beginning of the episode. He tells prosecutors that he wants them to place him in a low security prison in North Carolina with good weather and a golf program, and says that if they had the opportunity, they would throw it into a place like Adx Montrose. He mentions that he had visited a client there once, and hated the conditions there, and that it would be a decisive factor for him with him with the Prosecutor's Office.

However, after Jimmy confesses, they finally send him to Adx Montrose anyway. That said, prison life does not really seem so hard for him, since he clearly gets along with his inmates while keeping his head down.
